Dr. Allie Vest, DVM
Dr. Allie Vest is originally from a small town in Middle Tennessee. She didn’t find her passion for veterinary medicine until her teenage years when she began volunteering at a local veterinary hospital. It was there that she fell in love with the profession. Dr. Vest worked hard to turn her dream of becoming a veterinarian into a reality. She studied Agriculture at Austin Peay State University, working in small animal hospitals and at the University’s beef cattle farm during her time in Clarksville. Dr. Vest attended the University of Tennessee’s College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in May 2023. While in veterinary school, she worked on the Large Animal Emergency Team as well as the Small Animal Emergency Surgical Team. Dr. Vest also participated in the Christian Veterinary Fellowship club as well as the Food Animal club during her time in veterinary school. Dr. Vest has been apart of our team since July 2023. She is passionate about creating and maintaining veterinary-client-patient relationships. In fact, part of the reason she decided to become a veterinarian was to help people by caring for their animals. Dr. Vest is fear-free certified and does her best to make each patient as comfortable as possible and each visit as enjoyable as possible. Her professional interests include preventative medicine, feline medicine, nutrition, and surgery. In her free time, Dr. Vest enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, catching up with her friends, being actively involved in her church, reading, and horseback riding.
