Dr. Lauri Taunton, DVM
Dr. Lauri Taunton is a dedicated and compassionate veterinarian whose lifelong love of animals has guided her throughout her career. A proud graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine (Class of 1996), Dr. Taunton has been providing exceptional veterinary care in both Georgia and her home state of Alabama for nearly three decades. Her lifelong love of animals was nurtured by her loving parents and her beloved grandfather, affectionately known as “Pops”, who inspired in her a deep respect for all living creatures. Over the years, Dr. Taunton has combined her medical expertise with a genuine heart for service, striving to make each visit a positive experience for pets and their people alike.
In addition to her devotion to animals, Dr. Taunton is a proud mother to two remarkable children, Jacob and Ana, who have been among her greatest blessings. In 2023, she and her husband Toby felt led to relocate to the beautiful community of Spring City, TN. Together, they have embraced life in East Tennessee and are active members of Rise Church in Chattanooga.
Dr. Taunton’s strong faith in God and her commitment to serving both pets and their families have shaped her life’s work. She is honored to continue her career in the picturesque surroundings of East Tennessee, where she looks forward to building lasting relationships with clients and caring the for beloved animals that bring so much joy to their lives.
Dr. Amy Cummings, DVM
Dr. Cummings grew up not far from Loudon in Maryville, TN. She attended Middle Tennessee State University where she majored in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and was an active member on the equestrian team. She earned her veterinary degree from Ross University Veterinary School and finished her clinical rotations at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. When Dr. Cummings is not seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and many pets on their small farm in Madisonville. Dr. Cummings and her family are members of Vonore Baptist Church. We are proud to have Dr. Cummings’ invaluable experience in the clinic. She is looking forward to interacting with clients and patients at Mulberry Street Animal Clinic.Aleah Bolinger, Veterinary Technician
Aleah began working in the veterinary field in 2000 as a veterinary technician. She graduated from Columbia State’s veterinary technician program in 2001. She lived in Los Angeles for 8 years where she got to work with exotic creatures such as tigers, snow leopards, and reindeer. She has also earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Tennessee. Aleah enjoys spending time with her two pets. We are excited to have Aleah’s expertise and experience in the clinic.Hannah Millsaps, Reception
Hannah is from Philadelphia, TN and graduated from Loudon High School in 2025. She is currently studying to become a veterinary technician and is passionate about caring for animals of all kinds. Hannah has always loved working with animals and hopes to build a career that allows her to help keep them healthy, comfortable, and well cared for. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her pets, including dogs, cats, goats and chickens. She also loves nature and enjoys spending time outside whenever she can, whether she is relaxing, exploring, or simply enjoying the fresh air. Hannah attends Two Rivers Church in Farragut and values the time she spends there with her church family. She looks forward to pursuing a career where she can make a positive difference in the lives of animals and the people who care for them.Dr. Taylor Bonar, DVM
Dr. Taylor Bonar is a lifelong East TN native with a passion for animal welfare and education. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 after receiving a Bachelors of Animal Science from the University of Tennessee prior. He currently resides in Lenoir City with his cat Tisi. He is a volunteer at a local rescue for neglected equine and on the weekends he can be seen working on his garden, target shooting, or hiking. He loves learning about a variety of subjects and his hobbies include tinkering in his garage and researching new subjects such as antique surgical instruments and DIY projects. Angela Myers, Veterinary Technician
Angela began working in the veterinary field off and on since the early nineties, starting as a kennel assistant and working her way up to a veterinary technician. She and her husband, married in 1988, have two adult children, a daughter-in-law, seven grand-fur-babies, and three fur-babies of their own.
Angela and her husband enjoy spending time with their family and camping. Her hobbies include reading thriller novels, photographing nature and building LEGO sets. We are so happy to have Angela on our team!
Addie Harrison, Reception
Addie grew up, and currently lives right here in Loudon County. She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee in 2015, with a concentration in Public Relations. Addie loves spending time with her husband and their two sons, Joe and Walt. She also enjoys being outdoors playing with their Rough Collie, Rizzy. Addie lives on a dairy farm in Loudon and is also an active member of Loudon Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Addie loves Loudon County and loves serving both our clients and patients!
